Carolan Foundation

Richard V Carolan had a vision: to change the lives of people worldwide. He shared this passion with his wife, Tina Carolan and together they created the Richard and Tina V Carolan Foundation, Inc in 1990.

Since that time, the foundation has contributed to a variety to causes around the nation and worldwide.
